On 18th June 2025, Mangaldai Commerce College organized "One Day Orientation Programme on Internship" for the 5th Semester Students in Conference Hall. The main objective of the programme is to create awareness about Internship Guidelines for Undergraduate Students issued by Gauhati University and University Grants Commission (UGC). The programme begins with the inaugural speech delivered by Mr. Ranjit Sarma, Principal i/c of Mangaldai Commerce College. Dr. Dhiren Deka, Nodal Officer, Internship Cell & Coordinator of IQAC explicitly outlined the background & Objectives of Internship Programme. He also pointed out various suggestive sectors for internship, evaluation & credit transfer procedure of Internship Programme. Dr. Rinamani Sarma Bordoloi, Convenor, Research and Development Cell highlighted the certification process. Mr. Ujjwal Jyoti Saharia, Assistant Coordinator, IQAC & Member of Internship Cell initiated the programme and call attention to different institutions where students can opt for internship programme. Mr. Safi Ahmed Humayun Qureshi, Member of Internship Cell underline the role of internship supervisor and mentor in internship and offered formal vote of thanks.
