On 27th September 2025 (Saturday), Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Mangaldai Commerce College organized an industrial visit to North East Nutrients Pvt. Ltd. As part of the academic curriculum, the visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The industrial tour provides opportunities to 46 students and several faculty members to explore the real-time operations, technology and management practices followed in the industry.
Mr. Milan Jyoti Tamuli, Human Resources and Administrator, North East Nutrients Pvt Ltd explained the process of making biscuits like Marie Light, Dark Fantasy Choco Fills, Bounce (Cream) etc. to the students in detail and also explain the schemes related to HR policies, working hours, employee health and hygiene, training and development, promotion of the organization. The industrial visit was led by Dr. Rinamoni Sarmah Bardoloi, Department of Business Mathematics and Statistics, along with Professor Minu Bora, Head, Department of Assamese, Gayatri Devi, Dipshikha Sharma, Parth Pratim Deka, Biraj Saha and Madhusmita Duwara.
