Motivational Cum Training Programme to Join Indian Armed Forces at Hatigarh Army Camp

A group of 60 students from Mangaldai Commerce College, under the initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), participated in a motivational and educational programme organized at Hatigarh Army Camp, Udalguri, on 31st August 2026.
The programme was organized with the objective of providing students with an enriching learning experience and motivating them towards discipline, leadership, patriotism, teamwork, and responsible citizenship. There they also offer targeted training to help students join the Indian Armed Forces. The visit offered the students an opportunity to interact with the personnel of the Indian Army and gain valuable insights into their dedication, discipline, and commitment to the nation.
The students participated enthusiastically in the programme and benefited from the motivational and educational activities conducted at the camp. The experience served as an important exposure for the students, inspiring them to develop confidence, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of service to the nation.
The participation of the students in the programme was a valuable initiative of the IQAC towards promoting holistic development and experiential learning beyond the classroom.
