The two-day Student Orientation Programme for FYUGP 1st Semester (Deeksharambh-2025) was organized by the Mangaldai Commerce College authority on 01/08/2025 & 2/08/2025 for the newly admitted B. Com 1st Semester students of Mangaldai Commerce College. The programme started sharply at 10:30 am in Hall No. 4 of Mangaldai Commerce College with the State Anthem of Assam. Anchors of the programme Mrs. Minu Bora, convenor, and the Academic Monitoring Committee of Mangaldai Commerce College started the event with an introductory note. After the introductory note, Mr. Ranjit Sarma, Principal (i/c) of Mangaldai Commerce College; Dr. Parikshit Barman, Nodal Officer, Samarth; Mr. Safi Ahmed Humayun Qureshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics; Mr. Ujjwal Jyoti Saharia, IQAC Assistant Coordinator and Dr. Dhiren Deka, IQAC Coordinator of Mangaldai Commerce College were invited to take their seats on the dais. Mr. Ranjit Sarma, Principal (i/c) of Mangaldai Commerce College, welcomed the students with an inspiring speech. Mr. Ujjwal Jyoti Saharia, IQAC Assistant Coordinator of Mangaldai Commerce College informed the newly admitted students regarding the rules and regulations of the college. Dr. Parikshit Barman, Nodal Officer, Samarth and Dr. Dhiren Deka, IQAC Coordinator, Mangaldai Commerce College also enlightened the students with their short speech. Mr. Safi Ahmed Humayun Qureshi, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, briefly described to the students the various facilities provided by Mangaldai Commerce College. After the welcome speech by the dignitaries, there was the introduction of faculties to the newly admitted students. At the end Mr. Ujjwal Jyoti Saharia, IQAC, Assistant Coordinator of Mangaldai Commerce College gave the vote of thanks and the programme came to an end at 12:30 pm with the National Anthem.
