One Day Workshop on Psychological Counselling Programme

The Student Counselling Cell, Mangaldai Commerce College in collaboration with Assam Down Town University, Guwahati & THE Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Mangaldai Commerce College organized a one-day workshop for student on Psychological Counselling on 6th May 2026 at Hall No-4.
Miss Ahmed, Psychological Counsellor, Assam Down Town University and Mr. Nitesh Choudhury, Admission & Marketing Officer, Assam Down Town University served as the resource persons for the event. They motived the students how to over come “Stress”. They provide valuable guidance to help students to develop positive attitude and live a stress-free life. Mr. Nitesh Choudhury also guided the students for further study and become a valuable citizen in the society.
Around 75 students of the college participated in the programme and interacted enthusiastically with the resource persons.
The programme was conducted by Dr. Rinamani Sarmah Bordoloi, Convenor, Student Counselling Cell, Mangaldai Commerce College. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Dhiren Deka, Co-ordinator, IQAC, Mangaldai Commerce College expressing gratitude to faculty members and students for making the programme a success.
