The State Bank of India (SBI), Mangaldai Branch, celebrated Teachers’ Day at the campus of Mangaldai Commerce College on 5th September 2026 with great enthusiasm, warmth, and respect. The programme was organized as a gesture of gratitude and appreciation towards the teaching and non-teaching fraternity for their valuable contributions to the academic, personal, and overall development of students.
As a mark of honour and recognition, all the faculty members, library staff, and non-teaching staff of Mangaldai Commerce College were felicitated by the SBI, Mangaldai Branch. Each member was presented with a Phulam Gamosa and a sapling as tokens of appreciation and respect. The thoughtful gesture reflected the bank’s sincere recognition of the significant role played by teachers and staff in nurturing students, imparting knowledge, developing values, and shaping the future of society.
The presentation of saplings also conveyed a meaningful message of environmental responsibility and sustainable development, symbolizing the importance of nurturing both young minds and nature for a better future.
